Email limits
Every paid plan includes email notifications. Your monthly quota is shared across all email types — monitor alerts and status page subscription updates.
What counts towards your limit
- Monitor alerts — emails sent when a monitor goes down or recovers (available on Starter and above)
- Subscription updates — emails sent to status page subscribers when an incident is created or resolved (Pro and Agency only)

Your quota resets on the first of each month.
Reduce email usage
Telegram and Slack notifications are free and unlimited on all paid plans. Switch your monitors to these channels in Settings to save your email quota for status page subscriptions.
