By using Upwarden, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Upwarden provides uptime monitoring, status page hosting, and incident management. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You may not use Upwarden to monitor targets you do not own or have permission to monitor. You may not use the service for DDoS amplification or any abusive purpose.
Paid plans are billed through Polar.sh. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a 14-day withdrawal right from the date of subscription. To exercise this right, contact [email protected] before the withdrawal period ends.
Upwarden is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from service interruptions, data loss, or monitoring inaccuracies, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the member state where Upwarden is incorporated.
